1. What this site is
NewCookware publishes research and comparison articles about kitchen and laundry appliances: coffee machines and single-serve brewers, blenders, microwaves, refrigerators, ice makers, bread machines, dishwashers, washers and dryers. It is a publisher, not a retailer. We do not sell appliances, hold stock, take payment, ship anything, or handle returns, warranties or service. Every purchase happens on Amazon, under Amazon’s terms, and we are not a party to it.
The content is built from manufacturer specifications, published listing data and aggregated buyer feedback. We do not physically test, install, run or own the appliances described here. Nothing on this site is a report of hands-on use.
2. Use of the site
You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and share links to it. You may not scrape it in bulk, republish substantial parts of it, use it to train a commercial model, interfere with its operation, or misrepresent your relationship with us. We may restrict access to anyone doing so, without notice.
3. Information, not advice
Everything here is general information for a general audience. It is not professional advice and must not be relied on as such. It is not electrical, plumbing, gas-safety, building-code, financial or legal advice, and no page here can account for the circumstances of your home, your utilities or your local regulations. 4. Installation, utilities and safety
This deserves its own section because of what this catalog contains. Large appliances involve mains electricity, dedicated and higher-voltage circuits including 240V supplies, gas lines, water supply and drainage connections, and venting to the outside of the building. Any of these can cause fire, flooding, electric shock, carbon monoxide exposure or serious injury when got wrong.
We publish manufacturer specifications only. We cannot confirm what any particular home requires. We do not know your circuit ratings, panel capacity, gas supply, water pressure, drain arrangement, venting route or the age of any of it. A specification listed here describes what the manufacturer says the appliance needs. It is not a statement that your home can provide it.
Gas work and hardwired electrical work should be carried out by a qualified, licensed installer. Local codes, permits and inspection requirements apply and vary by jurisdiction. In many places, doing this work yourself is not simply risky but unlawful, and it can void both the appliance warranty and your home insurance. Follow the manufacturer’s installation manual and your installer’s judgment, not a web page.
5. Fit, dimensions and clearances
Published dimensions in listing data are frequently the shipping carton rather than the appliance itself, and the two can differ by several inches. Listing dimensions also routinely omit the depth added by door handles, the clearance a door needs to swing, the space required behind the unit for hoses, vents and power connections, and the gaps the manufacturer specifies for ventilation.
Measure before you buy. Measure the opening the appliance has to sit in, the doorway and hallway it has to travel through, the stairs and any turn it has to make, and the clearances around the final position. Check every number against the manufacturer’s own installation sheet for the exact model, not against a figure on this site or in a marketplace listing. A refrigerator that does not fit through the front door is still your problem after delivery.
6. Accuracy and the limits of our source data
We take reasonable care, and we still expect this site to contain errors. Specifications, model numbers, features, packaging and availability change without notice, and manufacturers revise a model while keeping the same name. Much of our listing data originates from Amazon and is frequently inconsistent: a specification that contradicts the title of the same listing, a weight or dimension that is plainly wrong, an attribute belonging to a different product category, or a variant description that does not match the images. Where we notice a contradiction we try to say so rather than silently pick one version.
Treat every figure here as a starting point to be verified. Before buying, confirm the specification against the manufacturer’s current documentation and the live listing. We give no assurance that any content is current, complete or free from error, and we may change or remove any of it without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

13. Changes, severability and governing law

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force and that part is treated as modified to the least extent needed to make it valid. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the site is operated, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. Your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own country of residence are not affected.
